Credit Analyst
Location: Main Office/In-Person
Schedule: Full Time
Position Overview:
Perform in-depth financial and credit analysis on new and existing customers. Analyze and interpret key financial ratios, including liquidity, leverage, profitability, and cash flow. Collect financial statements and related documents to track/monitor covenant requirements. Provide support to lenders on credit-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+years of experience in commercial credit analysis
- Strong financial and credit analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in credit analysis software and Excel
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and remain task-focused
Review Appraiser
Location: Main Office/In-Person
Schedule: Full Time
Position Overview:
Perform detailed reviews of all residential appraisals according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy of calculations, content, and other technical data. Conduct on-site construction and final inspections as needed to facilitate loan processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficient in computer systems and common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with other professionals in office and field environment
- Real estate background preferred
