- Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized assistance
- Process routine transactions
- Educate customers on available products and services
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with care and professionalism
Operations Associate
Location: Main Office/Call Center – In-Person
Schedule: Full Time
Position Overview:
Join our customer service team and be the friendly voice our customers rely on.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through positive and professional phone interactions and online chat support
- Listen actively to customer needs and deliver clear, helpful solutions
- Resolve concerns effectively while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
