Position Overview:
The Branch Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers by assisting with daily branch transactions and inquiries while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized assistance
- Process routine transactions
- Educate customers on available products and services
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with care and professionalism
